Familycustom-gifts acknowledges the occurrence of certain product issues such as defective items, incorrect colors, erroneous laser-engraved images, inaccurately delivered sizes, and extended delivery periods exceeding 30 days.

Customers retain the right to modify or cancel any product-related orders within a 24-hour timeframe.

II. Detailed Policies:

  1. Return Policy Our return policy is effective for 7 days post-purchase. Should this period elapse, we regretfully cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for returns necessitates the item to be unworn, unused, and in the condition originally received.

Please note that gift cards are exempt from return.

A packing slip is mandatory to process your return.

Partial refunds may be issued under specific circumstances, such as:

  • Items not in their original state, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned beyond the 7-day post-delivery window.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, you will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund.

Refund approvals will result in an automatic credit to your original payment method within 3 business days.

In case of delayed or unprocessed refunds:

  • Reach out to your credit card issuer as processing delays may occur.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are refundable; sale items are not eligible for refunds.

  1. Exchanges We provide a 7-day exchange policy.

Exchange eligibility requires the item to be in its original, unworn, and unused condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We cover the shipping of the exchanged item back to the customer.

Your original packing slip and specific exchange requests (size, style, color) must be included.

Following the receipt and inspection of your item, we will notify you and, if approved, dispatch the replacement.

Exchanges are restricted to items of equal or lower value.


  • Directly shipped gift items will receive a gift credit upon return.
  • For non-gift-marked items or items shipped to the gift giver, refunds will be issued to the giver.
