This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, US, Russia, Germany, China, India, etc.
Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way.
For FREE ITEMS we have a limit of 10 items per order. There have been several people trying to take advantage of this and we will simply cancel your order and you will not receive your items. Please remember we are a small business, not some mega-corporation.
How much is shipping?
This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to. By an Order of $100+, you get FREE Shipping or a period promotion may offer free shipping with conditions.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
This depends on the product ordered. Most items will arrive in about 2-3 weeks, some may arrive after 3 weeks. Due to airline restrictions, Lithium Ion batteries may take an additional 15 days to be delivered.

- Canada: Between 16 - 20 days average
- Europe: Between 10 - 25 days average (GB:12-25 days)
- Australia: Between 10 - 25 days average
- All Others: Between 20 - 40 days average (ask and we will provide you with the information)
When will my order be shipped?
Once you have placed your order, your information will undergo verification process. This is for us to make sure that we have valid shipping information. If not, we will be sending an email to update the information that we have on file. Please be kind enough to respond to the email that we are sending, otherwise, your order will be canceled. The verification process takes 2-3 days and after that, we will be sending an email notice with your tracking number on it.
Can I have a tracking number?
Yes, we will send you a tracking number via Email. In some cases, it can take up to 7-10 days. You can later track your Order by clicking on "Track Your Order" in the Mail Menu.
If you didn't receive an Email, please contact us, so we can provide you with the information, before making a Chargeback, in some cases, Emails don't get send automatically.
I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
We have a large assortment of products not stocked in the house when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)
Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process, we send 3-4 emails, including an order conformation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.
If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
I send an Email but got no response?
Please check the email address that you sent it to and try again. Additionally, you can try and contact us over our Fanpage on Facebook .We have a 24hr Support from Monday-Friday but do also reply on Saturday and Sunday.
